How does the warehouse know the parcel belongs to me?
Your China warehouse address includes a UID number. It is your personal identifier, and every arriving parcel is registered to your account using this number. The UID is usually eight digits and can be found in your Personal Center.
How can I check the estimated shipping cost?
Use the online shipping calculator. Enter the destination country, item category and estimated weight, then calculate to compare available routes, delivery times and prices.
Where can I find the tracking number?
After your order is placed, the seller normally updates the tracking number within 48 hours. Find it on the order page in your shopping app, or contact the seller directly.
Should I contact YANCHAO after the seller ships?
Yes, you can contact online support so we can follow the parcel sooner and notify you when it is registered. Please provide your UID and tracking number.
